Chemically changing
Life rearranging
Happiness estranging
Mind deranging

Punishment looming
Future glooming
Slavery grooming
Everything unassuming

Bound by chains, I smelted myself
Concealed by shadows, without the stealth
Giving my knowledge back to the shelf
Seeing a mirror and someone else.

Eyes without soul, no more to see
Lungs without breath, I can not breathe
Words become hollow, don't know how to be
Scared without fear, get away from me!

Trashcans overflow with unfulfilled desire
The scent of sips drowned
How many times could I shatter
Show you every time you’d rather

Death has been grieved in advance
No sips will be cried later
You die more everyday
Decaying in new shapes
I wait for that fateful day

Slurs twist and turn
Broken words churn
Break, use, batter, savor
You’ve always been good at that

With me flithy faith.
And burning hands.
And bloody hands.
You bandits.

We watched the sun rise and fall
Three times
We kept odd hours back then
Partly from the blow, but mostly from the fear of being sober
I always liked dusk best; for the coming dawn horrified me
With it came regret
With it came pain
With it came the longing for something more
But as the slow hours passed
With drinks and laughs and darker cravings
We were happy
Better broken
Or so she claimed
She was right
Untill dusk came at last

Fish fly
Reptiles talk
Insects cry

The sun is black
Fire is chill
Humans are mutes
Mind altering pills

My ash tray full of burnt cigarettes.
Early in the morning dealing with regrets.
Lungs burning from ripping bongs.
Heads banging, bumping gangster songs.

I’m under the influence in K-Town.
This is my life above ground.
These demons may have won this time.
I’ll deal with them after I finish this rhyme.

I need help for all the hell I raised.
My conscience stares back face to face.
My reflection portrays resentment.
My heart is dealing with the consequences.

Truthfully, I fear rehabilitation.
I don’t have any...

Mesmerising whirlpool,
deceptively strong—
your power a source of
fascination and horror
in equal measure.
Time and again,
I've watched others swim—
some remaining on the periphery;
others venturing further in;
but most being drawn,
inexorably,
towards your axis
and their zenith,
or nadir,
depending on your viewpoint.
One thing I do know
is that the inward journey is swift;
spiralling ever faster, by definition,
while the journey out
requires patience, time
and determination.

A variety of liquor bottles ready for purchase and consumption
I sorta see that too

Many see this image and think of people partying, having a good time,
getting drunk and maybe f*cking their lover or some total stranger,
alcohol has that effect

Many people use it to relax after a hard days work or school
Some may see alcohol as a crutch, a friend,
something they can turn to when life gets to heavy or complex
